Board Change

The Board of Lakehouse plc ('Lakehouse' or 'the Company') today announces the appointment of Mr Michael McMahon as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr McMahon had previously been an Executive Director and Managing Director of Lakehouse's Energy Services Division. He joined the Lakehouse Group in April 2014 as the founder of Everwarm.

Prior to founding Everwarm Michael was Group Operations Director at Eaga plc.

Commenting on Michael's appointment, Bob Holt, Executive Chairman of Lakehouse plc said:
