I honestly don't know. It's a potent combination of a hot sector in a hot economy which over the coming months/years is going to become BIG. You have to consider it has already doubled from float and is consolidating at the moment. Its recognition will come. Of that there is no doubt.

good trading update here....nothing but good newsflow it seems since listing. Arden upped their valuation today also....put possible NAV at over 500p

Well there is huge power-generating capacity needed to support the Indian Government's economic growth projections which are now 9% and I guess the no divi for this one sees it rated as a growth comp.

Is the idea that they build the power plants and then sell the electricity? Or do they make money from other sources, like consultancy?

They made $1.59M OP on generating capacity of 250MW so at 4,000MW that's about $25.4M. That's £25m as only half year results and 2 to 1 dollar ratio. Knock of 8 million for tax and that's £17m.

So is this company on a FPE ratio of 13 for the year 2011 already?

The idea sounds good but is it priced in already or am I missing something?
