Koovs have over 1million android app users and I don't know how many from Apple store.

How many registered users (ie customers) does Koovs have?

Rate of cash burn is key here. I would be hoping that the TOI purchase would offer more cost effective advertising in conventional media, this will obviously take time to filter through. Does anybody know how many customers ASOS had and on what turnover figure , did ASOS then break into profitability ? as a useful comparative to Koovs.

You are absolutely right given the liquidity here that this isn't really a TA play. I'm just giving my opinion regards levels here and I have a very very long term view on this

Maximum pessimism in the face of cash and good growth known to be coming - time to buy?

I don't see this as a TA share, I'd suggest starting on a bigger, more predictable company. :0)

Hi I'm a new investor coming from a technical analysis background in fx trading. I see supports at 53 (now broken) and around 45 (the 61.8% Fibonacci lies around 44) there's no need to worry until this is broken in my opinion; the uptrend for 2016 is still fully intact. I grabbed some ahead of the 53 support at 56 (bad spread) and I'll look at add under 50 before 44.

Hyper - that's sidestepping the issue. If masses of amorphous people subscribed at 50p, why aren't masses of others, who couldn't get shares, not interested now?

I suspect the answer lies in the short-termism of markets. A placing at 50p, when the prevailing share price is 62p looks a gift, right? So much for due diligence. Many of these folks, if not Stags, probably just wanted a free lunch.

The market doesn't work like that. I personally think the share price will be back above 60p after results, due to very impressive growth (albeit from a low base), but the cash burn is a major concern with KOOVS. Ex-Asos management, but hubris can be a dangerous thing... :0)

TTB probably not enough in free float to get any meaningful amount - like you say there are probably PIs waiting to pounce when it stops dropping, just need some good news!

"If all those people and institutions were so keen to buy at 50p, why is no-one keen to buy now? Now there's a thought... :0)"

because they have spent their allocated funds.

Not a problem for long-termers, assuming the company doesn't overspend it's way into bankruptcy!

For every whinging shareholder, there is a potential shareholder rubbing their hands waiting for lower prices.

If all those people and institutions were so keen to buy at 50p, why is no-one keen to buy now? Now there's a thought... :0)

Everything is relative. What matters is all shareholders are suffering from the drop.

The largest shareholder Lord Waheed Alli with 22% of the company (38 million shares) has seen his value drop by £10 million over the last few weeks (drop from 75p to 50p).

lets not worry. They have raised cash at 50p, so this will test 50p in the meantime.

Not bothered myself. I'll add if the MMs try another treeshake, or else I'll just wait for results, which'll presumably get the price moving, one way or the other.

Black Friday this week, seems to have become a worldwide commercial phenomenon now (like most American things). :0)

4 million broker option shares hit the market this morning (23rd).Looks like a bit of a Mexican standoff at the moment as a few wait before committing.

one way or another, they will either gain share or merge with a similar competitor or get purchased, or I guess die in the gutter... doubt the last one will happen, but if they have leverage the promotional costs through other means, shares etc, this is a good thing.

Taurus- agree that the spending has to be huge to get the brand noted. Just look at the results of one of Koovs competitors Limeroad that were released this week. They have tripled their losses to double their revenues.I'm in no doubt that the Institutions had access to the Interims & also the festive figures for October (Diwali), for them to pump in millions. Also good to see that not many shares were dumped onto the market today.
