Can confirm that miti is not lying. I was able to get a fill in the placing as well. There are a number of brokers that allow private investors to participate.

I'm holding mine long term though.

miti- your first name wouldn't be 'Walter' by any chance."Participation in the Placing, the Broker Option and the Further Investments (if any) will be for invited subscribers only and members of the public are not eligible to take part in the Placing"Why all the made up stories- you've suddenly appeared. harebridge ,

If you get a good quality broker , it is possible to get involved in placings. Having a big active account with them helps though!!
As for your post 1557, its wrong. Even smallish hedge funds churn stock and they usually always get involved with placings.

The stock will not get churned, because it WAS NOT offered to the public thank god.Only Institutions & directors participated.

dgbell7 ,
According to the latest Peel note, this fund raising should take them through to 2019 a dn profitability. Nevertheless, if things go as well as we expect, they will no doubt, look to rise more money.

As I see it, this will hopefully be a watershed moment ie. in future money will be raised on strength rather than weakness.

Miti- how exactly did you get 18% of the allocation. They were NOT offered to the public. Unless you are Lord Waheed Alli.

Fwiw, I got 18% of allocation applied for in the placing. Not exactly great but I expect some weakness as the stock gets digested and churned short term so may get a chance to buy them in the market.

It's called a tree shake. Very common in popular AIM stocks. Usually a 10% drop to trigger stop losses, then a miraculous recovery. Will go back 'blue' in a couple of minutes.Shows that market makers are desperate for stock, that's all.
