16/11/2016 08:55 | I have just purchased some of these. My first purchase in Koovs, after watching for quite a while. Could not resist at sub 60p. Appears to be very little stock around and had to place an order for my shares. | hyper al
16/11/2016 08:54 | As chairman of ASOS, Lord Waheed Alli took it from 4p to over £20!! | harebridge
16/11/2016 08:53 | Asos was a penny share a few years back - now its marketcap is 46 times that of Koovs. Wonder how things will look 5 years from now | mister md
16/11/2016 08:49 | Interims next month, December. | harebridge
16/11/2016 08:47 | When are interims expected Harebridge? | redlee
16/11/2016 08:47 | I will be very surprised if this does not end positive. It is quite clear from todays news that the company has some very big supporters. This business requires the media, what better support than to receive funding from a major media business. | hyper al
16/11/2016 08:37 | In theory yes, but over 80% of shares are now tied up with Institutions & directors. The tiny free float makes this very illiquid & this shifts fast either way. Will we see 50p? Who knows? I've already built up a massive position from 18p. Have added today & looking forward to the Interims.I've not seen an opportunity like this before. | harebridge
16/11/2016 08:34 | small top up for me at 58p. thanks. | mister md
16/11/2016 08:28 | I'm a buyer at 50p. See no reason to pay a 20% premium. Remember the last large placing when the share price was 30 ish and went down to 25p before starting its big increase. Given that the dilution is 14.5%, one would at least expect the share price to decrease by this much assuming the same market cap for the company. | melody9999
16/11/2016 08:19 | I agree harebridge this will be massive, companies like Times of India don't just invest millions on lost causes. They have done the research and like what they have seen. Its all about Media............... | market master
16/11/2016 08:10 | Can't buy any more. Negotiated Trades only. The market is impressed thus far- a blue finish me thinks!Well done to fellow Koovs investors here. This really is going to be massive! | harebridge
16/11/2016 08:08 | Could only get 5000 for 59.999, still pleased with that and my substantial holding here. | market master
16/11/2016 08:05 | Just got 10,000 for 59pI've researched this company, it's management, India & e commerce, the fashion sector & all the big players.Koovs is smashing them up on social media. | harebridge
16/11/2016 07:59 | Indeed DL | davidlloyd
16/11/2016 07:59 | I'm a buyer today it's not often we will get opportunity to buy under 60p and possibly the last time. | market master
16/11/2016 07:59 | Remember that Chairman Lord Waheed Alli is a media mogul who's obviously very well connected. First it was HT Media, now The Times of India- you just can't get bigger than that. They can all see the upside/ potential here. | harebridge
16/11/2016 07:50 | Remember what happened after the last placing at 25p? The share price more than tripled.Massive vote of confidence. Should be an opportunity to pick up a bargain today. | harebridge
16/11/2016 07:47 | That's a very big sign of confidence in the company from a major player and directors. Can see the share price over £1 before end of this year. | market master
16/11/2016 07:46 | The Times Group of India is largest media conglomerate in India, the Times of India with 11,000 employees and revenue exceeding $1.5 billion, has the largest circulation of any English-language newspaper in the world, with 3,321,702 Wow. More than the Daily Mail. | petewy
16/11/2016 07:38 | Mary Turner, Chief Executive Officer of Koovs, says:"We are delighted to bring on board our new strategic partner in the Times of India, a leading media company, which will give us access to TV, outdoor and digital platforms in addition to print and radio and will help to incrementally extend our coverage nationwide. | harebridge
16/11/2016 07:34 | Koovs confirm a strategic investment in the Company of GBP3.9 million from the Times of India Group and a further GBP7 million investment by new and existing shareholders, through the issue of 21,700,000 new Ordinary Shares at 50 pence per Ordinary Share. That's the funding out of the way now. At a discount, but a massive vote of confidence.I'm sure that they all had access to current trading ie Interims! | harebridge
16/11/2016 07:34 | So no doubt down we go to 50p placing price today. Trouble with these regular placings is it might be better to just wait until the full £35 million has been raised and then invest.... | adorling
16/11/2016 07:33 | Good to see they have got this fund raising out of the way. | miti 1000 |
