KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (the "Company") hereby announces the establishment of its local subsidiary in the Kingdom of Thailand.
1. Purpose of the Establishment
With the aim to develop a sales structure for the Southeast Asian region where the economy is growing rapidly, the Company has established its local subsidiary in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Moving forward, the Company will strive to strengthen its business development in global markets, by expanding sales and service operations of the Konami Group products, including arcade games, in the Southeast Asian region.
