04/3/2008 22:46 | more announcements of what it may be able to do but no contracts of who they are selling it to...if anyone | bluenose851
29/2/2008 11:54 | tobby1 - if it goes that low I'll write it off, bit like my Railtrack shares... Thank you all for your advice. | sjcsystems
29/2/2008 10:52 | sjcsystems - Have a look at ERX to see how low a share price can go - they are suspended at present but not because of price/ liquidity, I only offer this as an example not a recommendation or advice. The price: 0.05p (£0.0005) at suspension.... | tobby1
29/2/2008 10:43 | sjcsystems Fully understand, I was being a little naughty even asking the question. Re your question on share suspension, the price can go down to practically zero without suspension. What is important is of course sufficient cash to operate as a business. I would be interested to know what minimum cash condition is tenable. I believe kts have about (£1.63M cash minus the losses since the last results) which assuming no change in cash burn possibly leaves about £1.0M right now/today, more or less depending upon your view on trading and Arcontech integration. Regards | 53tom
29/2/2008 09:52 | 53tom - I am sorry but I am privy to information that prevents me from answering your question, much as I'd like to. On a personal level, I am incredibly busy however I can say no more. | sjcsystems
28/2/2008 14:46 | sjcsystems I dount there is a problem with liquidity!!! I am sure you can buy loads at the moment. I am unaware of anything out of the ordinary that AIM would keep an eye on with low share prices, however, when the capitilisation gets so low, the costs of an exchange quote have to be considered. | bluenose851
28/2/2008 11:28 | sjcsystems you have said you are an employee of kts. How does the company feel from your perspective? Is it busy? Are new orders coming in? Any feedback welcome. | 53tom
28/2/2008 10:29 | Do AIM keep a watching brief on companies with such low prices because I know there are rules about liquidity etc. which can cause suspension ? | sjcsystems
28/2/2008 09:11 | no. the price will not determine if it gets suspended | bluenose851
28/2/2008 00:56 | Is there a price point at which these shares automatically get suspended? Presumably before it reaches zero, which at this rate won't be much longer... Interim results due March 12th. | sjcsystems
27/2/2008 17:46 | down again....how long have these got left? | bluenose851
26/2/2008 15:51 | down again. is this an example of good progress?? | bluenose851
12/2/2008 09:37 | you really are a prize idiot. Im sure you must be just winding people up. If things are so good why is the share price where it is? Idiot | bluenose851
11/2/2008 17:10 | Certainly some very good progress made here over the last few months, have now built a substantial holding. | pillow
01/2/2008 10:35 | i guess for the turnaround of the company......the blance sheet is the one without patience | bluenose851
30/1/2008 09:47 | someone urged patience.....thats a laugh! | bluenose851
29/1/2008 10:38 | Patience for what bluenose ? | sjcsystems
28/1/2008 16:12 | patience.....look at the graph! | bluenose851
22/1/2008 12:25 | actually i am english....just live in spain....the share price is less than a penny...this is a crock | bluenose851
18/1/2008 18:45 | There'll be plenty - good post Tom. Patience required. Ignore the brownnose agenda he comes from barcelona. | cawainw
18/1/2008 09:52 | again no financials. You must wonder if the company will survive with the current burn rate | bluenose851
09/1/2008 09:42 | mike walters is not always right.....just look at the charts! | bluenose851
05/1/2008 13:46 | Yes, that was most recently in August. I have to thank KTS for bringing MW to my attention, not the other way around. And therefore should thank Marc P-K, a friend from years back and watched him set the company up as he was leaving Imagination Technologies, but might have lost touch now, I'm hardly ever in UK. Long since sold my shares, dilution seemed to be part of the business model - a graph of market cap will look better than the share price. Agree with MW that there may be different dynamics now. Best wishes and good luck all. | m4ybe
05/1/2008 09:37 | But Mike Walters rates it a buy. | waxman3 |
