05/1/2008 01:52 | Yes I am a holder and an employee. My background is in trading system development, having co-launched Finspreads (I designed their first web trading platform), helped with WorldSpreads (still involved here slightly) and now through KTS/Arcontech companies such as OneCFD.com | sjcsystems
03/1/2008 13:44 | i cant see any investment in these being propserous but if you are a holder i wish you luck. I live in Spain so there is no way I would travel for this one!! | bluenose851
28/12/2007 16:23 | Blue, the AGM took place this morning, perhaps you should have attended to share your wisdom ? Have a prosperous New Year, especially with KTS... | sjcsystems
28/12/2007 10:21 | so was the takeover of arcontech a reverse takeover in disguise or is Pinter Krainer jumping a sinking ship?? | bluenose851
05/12/2007 09:42 | yes very poor. its clear they need to do a review of the business and potetially even sell off the loss making divisions. Maybe this is the reason for the aquisition. Or maybe they should take me on to turn it around!!! | bluenose851
04/12/2007 08:52 | blue - what do you make of these results... appear pretty poor to me... Slap | slapdash
21/11/2007 13:05 | this is gonna go bust | bluenose851
20/11/2007 10:53 | what is the cash burn? sjcsystems - sorry mate I meant 15k a month. | powwow

18/10/2007 10:31 | so where are all the bulls now??? | bluenose851
01/10/2007 11:52 | as i said...in terms of profit, this will stop the losses for one month if they are lucky | bluenose851
20/9/2007 23:50 | Powwow, it depends on whether you want CFDs, spread bets, or both. Your price is somewhat adrift. A typical single product solution is about £200k to supply including a pricing system, a website and a back office system to hold it all together. Annual maintenance of around £30k or more. | sjcsystems
20/9/2007 21:11 | Interesting there wasn't a single figure mentioned in the RNS for the contract win. That speaks volumes! | bestace
20/9/2007 18:32 | i would guess a lot more than that...but even so they need plenty more of these to get out the mire | bluenose851
20/9/2007 16:28 | does anyone know what they would charge as a licence for this software.. 15k a year? | powwow
30/8/2007 09:37 | Thanks sj - that's what makes it all the more interesting. | cawainw
29/8/2007 16:05 | I can assure you bluenose that there are very few companies that have a marketable CFD and/or spread betting system. Even fewer can offer the total solution including a pricing system and web development skills. There is another called Ariel, based in Hemel Hempstead, however their expertise in CFD trading is lightweight on last examination. But this is a speculative share to say the least - it doesn't even appear on a lot of financial pages... | sjcsystems
29/8/2007 15:14 | are your glasses rose coloured!!! | bluenose851
29/8/2007 11:59 | Excellent post Nap. KTS are well positioned and it's only a matter of time until sales figures accelerate. There are key analysts behind this one rating it a winner. | cawainw
29/8/2007 11:46 | they have to sell it! they cant sell their core products! There is still a lot of competition even in that area | bluenose851
29/8/2007 11:44 | Arcontech also sell a CFD and spread betting trading system that is already in use in various firms in the City. This makes them even more attractive as an acquisition rather than just a supplier of real time data distribution software. There are very few people in the UK who can develop these systems so let's see what happens from here. | sjcsystems |
