"So in the past with say 100 of these tiny AIM stocks, only about 5% do infact go bust."
imho ...far more AIM stocks under 10M cap value have over the last 10 years have gone bust or fallen massively in price than have multi-bagged.
And this is one of them. Massive reduction in share price.
It was 3p in August...and .8p today at 14.00....and 400p in 2003.
Are there any quicker ways to lose your money ??!!|
|safman: So i ask again.. what is the Net asset value here and why is this worth 5x the current share price... in fact can anyone answer that...
|dusseldorf: compared to other shells the net worth here is actually only 0.01p/share
so still plenty to fall unless pump and dumpers try to ramp it up. Had the share price been consolidated, it would have collapsed long ago|
|dusseldorf: gazza - does look interesting now...though the share price still needs to be consolidated 100 to 1 and there's probably another 2 months of suspension...
the new funding that will be injected will be at par, but as we all know, whats 'par' now 0.05p(5p equivalent) could would well be 0.03p (3p post consolidation) diluting all holdings significantly - still it is an interestin aquisition target if a little thin on the ground on financials i.e. they could be and most likely are loss making and need a listing to raise cash|
|gantenbrink: The fact that they have stated prices for the consolidation rather than just 100:1 surely restricts any movement in the share price. It doesn't allow for anyone to view this as postive news for until the consolidation the share price is not going anywhere or have I missed something?|
|dusseldorf: very odd, share price seems to be climbing slowly, maybe the next results will show a turnaround, or Elingham/connected is mopping up some more|
|rcorlett2: If they do indeed prefer equity, this is good. I bought into this share at 0.22 when I was an inexperienced trader and see it now as a bit too risky. Especially since IFAs are not doing well & seen as untrustworthy. Also these holiday bonds seem a bit sh*t IMO...
But! They want equity. At a high share price. Surely this has got to push the price up. I don't really understand...|
|rossgr1: GOOD DEAL IF THE FSA APPROVE THE IFA'S...SHARE PRICE MOVE?|
