5% per anum of salary then matched by the company, employee shares have to be held 2 years to be tax free and employer bough shares have to be held 3 years to be fax free.

FWIW, it's a monthly savings share plan, they are only allowed to buy a certain number under IR rules. Anyone else notice a couple have disappeared off the list - Mrs Terry O'Brien, Mr Huw Saunders? I assume they've left the company.

I wasn't suggesting 'aviva fund managers' were buying I was repeating your reference that they were 'responsible' for the rise. Anyway enough dancing on pin heads. My view is that improved general sentiment for kcom coupled with background take over rumours are driving this forward.

I think you need to catch up with the chase psolm, Aviva sold out about 27 million shares at 27p two months ago.
They are not and no one is even suggesting that they are buying kcom shares.
That's what the reference to Aviva is about!
