-just to make sure there is no mis-understanding
-i have never complained to ADVFN about anyone
-and certainly have'nt complained re KDC to ADVFN
-i did complain on the thread re OXB that KDC was filling it up with irelevant junk,that was it
-and i welcome all views, long and short, on OXB, all the more so if they are backed by some reasoning and fact.

Can't knock KDC, good info provider. What's wrong with having good news and bad news and whether people are going long or short. Ashley James and MadTrader can say what they like, makes the BB all that more interesting. You don't have to agree or disagree to anything they post, you don,t even have to read it. Have we lost the democracy it 2002, I thought on the Euro's came in!!!

I think the idea of ownership of a bb (by a major information provider)and the ability to control the contributions is an interesting subject and I am sure the regulatory authorities and even the media will want to be included in the debate.

It all sounds like a big misunderstanding to me.

However...

This BB belongs to ADVFN and they are perfectly entitled to do what they like with it. Whether they are wise to try to control the posts (if that is what they are doing) is another matter.

It could be some prankster maybe?

After all, ADVFN have been very tolerant up to now.

I have been unable to post certain information as it gets rejected - I do not know the reason why but confirm KDC has been locked out because he refuses to let ADVFN tell him what/where/when he can post. This looks like an outstanding case for the new powers of the FSA. You cannot have a major information provider interfering in the bb/markets in this way - in my humble opinion.

I am a shareholder in a company that owns a part of ADVFN and I am trying to follow what you are saying but it is not clear.
