Even more so that the MOU is now signed with PPA due, then bring on the SML. Any time today or sooner for the SML, even more so as there is a new and better broker appointed. A Trolls worst nightmare.

Short6, I expected it to go up, as it has now.
The situation has been recovered with half the previous fees. It went down when the placing was originally made and again when Beauforts was closed down. I rightly didn't expect it to go down on today's news.

Kibo Mining Plc ('Kibo' or the 'Company')

Appointment of new Broker and Update on Placement Proceeds

Kibo Mining plc (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the multi-asset Africa-focused energy and resource company, is pleased to announce a further update regarding Beaufort Securities Limited ("Beaufort") and the Company placement for gross proceeds of GBP750,000 announced on 27 February 2018 (the "Placement").

Kibo has today appointed SVS Securities Limited ("SVS") as its new broker pursuant to AIM Rule 35 to replace Beaufort. Beaufort were placed into insolvency on 2 March 2018 and were ordered to cease all regulatory activity by the Financial Conduct Authority. SVS, as exclusive placee in the above referred placement, has subsequently agreed to complete the Placement with the Company on the same terms as the Company had agreed with Beaufort as the company's agent and without delay. Under the new arrangement with SVS the Company expects the aggregate expenses associated with the Placement to be GBP37,500.

Kibo's CEO Louis Coetzee said: "We are pleased to appoint SVS as the Company's new broker and to have reached agreement with them to complete the placement announced on 27 February 2018 at such short notice. This will ensure that the Company will receive the placement proceeds without any delay."

Trading in the New Ordinary Shares is now expected to commence on AIM and the JSE on or around 6 March 2018 ('Admission') as initially advised. Following Admission, the Company will have 412,901,424 shares in issue.

Kibo Mining Plc ('Kibo' or the 'Company')

Update on Broker and Placement Proceeds

Kibo Mining plc (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the multi-asset Africa-focused energy and resource company, notes the announcement regarding Beaufort Securities Limited ("BSL") and Beaufort Asset Clearing Services Limited ("BACSL") being placed into insolvency. Additionally, the Company notes that the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has also imposed requirements on BSL and BACSL, with immediate effect, requiring them to cease all regulatory activity.

BSL is the Company's broker pursuant to AIM Rule 35 and as a result of the requirements imposed by the FCA BSL is no longer able to provide broking services to the Company pursuant to AIM Rule 35. The Company is seeking to appoint a replacement as soon as possible and a further announcement will be provided upon such an appointment.

The Company also notes that, further to the announcement dated 27 February regarding a placement for gross proceeds of GBP750,000 (the "Placement"), the application for the Admission to AIM of 17,647,060 ordinary shares in the Company is to be put on hold until further notice as the Placement was conducted through BSL and to date the Company has not received any of the Placement proceeds.

The Company is however urgently seeking further clarification on the matter, in particular the timeline for the expected release of the outstanding Placement proceeds to Kibo. An update on this situation will be provided as soon as more information is available.
