This is how most Aim companies work. I'm not saying this is not risk free but I do know a little more of something which I under no circumstances cannot divulge. Look you have your opinions and I have mine. Let's just see how things pan out. There isn't a need for continual postings and rambling for the sake of it. Let's talk again when the next rns comes. Cheers guys

"Dudley - One last thing. Yes Coetzee has been in Africa - and Tanzania - for 20 years. In all that time he has achieved absolutely NO value for any of his outside shareholders whatsoever. None. Look at what he brought into Kibo. All gone except coal. And look at Kibo before he came aboard. It too had a history of losing shareholders almost all their money. So that speaks for the rest of the management. As for Imweru, before it can produce an ounce of gold it will need development cash far outside Kibo's ken. So its present majority stake will have dwindled away - I estimate to below 20%. How's that for shareholder value ! Haneti is the same. Two potential partners took a look, gave it a try, and walked away. I suggest you look up African Eagle for the chances of Nickel mining in Tanzania. Toodle-ooh"I think people are overlooking that Coatee receives a salary for his time spent for the company, when was the last time he purchased significant shares? Same may say he hold a insignificant amount of his company share but they will say he cannot buy due to being under closed time period. The company can bankrupt and Coatee will lose his salary. His stake in the stock has already been given many times over in salary. They may say this a long running gravy train! Little risk other than a redundancy if they do not get licence and last projects are put on the shelving? Why did SEPCO not want a piece of the pie? And instead will be happier to be paid for their services but not want a piece of the pie? When will SEPCO or GE decide to walk away?

"Lurker I stated before I do not know how funding will play out but dnt be surprised when Louis pulls out an ace from up his sleeve"There we are again then we see this undeterring promotion of the stock, you do not know any of the answers to very important questioning, but are free to state that the company has the answers and they are aces!! YOU HAVE NO CLUES. NOT ONE. Pure speculating and stating these opinions as FACT in order to mislead and hide the truths. Why was the MCPP not in the EWURU power plan? What is the monies situation with the company? How much has been left to draw down from Sanderson? What pricing will next placing be and when?

Lurker I stated before I do not know how funding will play out but dnt be surprised when Louis pulls out an ace from up his sleeve. There are many differing opinions and it's best that we see how this plays out or when any funding news appears we will be able to digest this and see how it affects kibo. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but at least lurker doesn't spam the threads unlike some hey mr chimp.

Dudley - of course Louis has only been able to 'retain' a good proportion of MCPP because - so far - there has been absolutely no funding raised for it. Absolutely none. There is in fact no MCPP in which to 'retain' anything (except what has been invested in buying the mine and producing the BFS - probably some $25m compared with the > $600m that will have to be raised to build. So LC's words have been 'weasel words' which is why he has become so distrusted outside ClappyVille.

Just back from presentation - had a chat with ceo briefly just before he stood up to talk - we can expect a raft of rns's in the next month. Also, he re-emphasised (in front of every one) that they are fully funded until Q2 2014. I trust that will put to bed all talk of imminent fundraisings.

It ok then for other ones to copy and repeat for my example the one notes from investor show on every thread to try and hide any other discussions but you single me out to say that I have been wrong to do this? Who are you the teacher? I will speak my mind as I will it to be and do you really think that the markets are gone short on this? And even if they were would pay attention to an anonymous person telling them to stop on a ADVFN? I think that the pot is calling the kettle black here!Coatee has been telling the market that this is done that is done there is no issue the licences are not a problem then to find out that there are problem is grave concern. Was Coatee misled or did they do the misleading? Good question. For monthly q&a maybe but along with other questions he chosen not to answer?

You can say it one twice or three times a lady I not care, I have seen and read with mine own eyes that the have said on the LSE the secrets and conversations and emails they say they had with Coatee and he winks and nudges, it all done to make people's think that there is big news around the next corner but then there is not and that person is already under the water. You say it down to person to make decision to investing but when they are told they will make from 5p to 50p and promises are made then this is misleading and untrue! People will follow what other ones tell them to do and what to buy and they know it! Where are the ones gone that we're talking on the LSE 2016 about all the news they were due? I say they sold out to the new people's they were telling to buy it such a good deal! Untruths and misleading, all the speak of is hope for promises but won't entertain or consider other option. Blinded to the truth.

Also mr aim chimp, why do you feel the need to continue posting and spamming every thread repeating yourself in the hope of what? People to sell up because an anonymous person on advfn said So? Really think whatever your gripe with Louis Coetzee, or coal or Tanzania, you need to seek help because I say this and should be taken as it's saidIf those of you who are shorting this the time is coming when that short may be one of the worst decisions of your lives. I stand by Louis Coetzee, how far he has brought the company, who he has onboard, and this will play out. The smart money is slowly moving in on weakness of those who want to leave. Louis Coetzee has been doing business in Tanzania for the last 20 years and is well respected. I'll leave it at that mr chimp.

Aimchimp I will say this once and only once, who ever has been postive on lse or over enthusiastic have never made anyone buy in. That decision is the person who has pressed buy. People are not fools and given this is aim people will take chances on possible good returns. Not sure how you invest or maybe still are playing the shorting game. And yes the share price is far from showing any real value but will change very soon

I speak as I see it and why so you all keep saying about how I speak? What YOUR issue there making thing PERSONAL and yes I want to talk about this company not any other as this the one I have an interesting in and how the Ines on the LSE have talked many many people's into investing here with promise of news tommorow news imminent and 50p will come soon but it all lies and more jams tommorow. You say he had meetings but HE say this was complete surprise to him so you think it good thing that he being kept so much in dark against their special relationship? The FACTS are as you would say there are still no licences ( Dangote had their one, EDL had their one ) so why not this company? Lots of empty promises made. Let us talk about monies. How will the company now pay to keep the light on for the next few month do you think? Answer me this? Nobody seem to want to talk about that elephant in the corner. You say this a slight set back and I say that it is a very big understatement! You talk of PPA - they have NO LICENCES so why do you think a PPA is ever going to be presented!More talk from more of the happy flappy gang. The markets show you where it value the company and it going down down down not surprised?

Aimchimp but you also speak like you know facts. Your trying I think your damn hardest to put a negative spin on anything kibo does, the recent changes will have affected lots of mining companies, how many other threads have you talked? Hmmmm I fear none, you seem to have a unhealthy obsession with kibo, you obviously have an agenda do you think that your are fooling anyone by attempting to write English incorrectly. Not sure what your trying to achieve there. All I know is that Louis had meetings in June with all government departments prior to the changes in the law, now why would he have done that? He may not have known fully the extent of magafulis plans but then again this is a slight set back for the mining industry but will assist kibo in concurrent negotiations whilst they are pre paring the PPA, the new laws can be drafted in.

You speak all this as if you know this for the fact and truth which you do not. Coatee say himself this caught the, all by surprise so now you say he expected this? No I think you so much like the ones on the LSE are trying damndest to try and put a great positive spin on this huge issue which will not be worked out and solved overnight. This will delay project even further and how now you say the company are going to manage to run with no monies coming in and the price drip drip drip down so what price will placing come in at? To talk of news imminent here is to talk of news sometime maybe in the future, the saying how long is a piece of the string comes to my mind.

You talk of the MCPP and importance like they special relationship too! What was said before this can not be taken as given moving forward, Magufuli has pulled this from under Coatee and now put the company in a compromising place as they will now be very hard luck to find anyone willing to fund investment monies into a project with such high risk of being nationalised. The risk of investment in Africa is very high but then you should see warning signs when Magufuli decide to suspend and review all mining licences. Yes Tanzania would like more power but no rush for this and beside this coal is not only resource they have looked at. Where is the KIBO project in the power documents? If the need for Magufuli was imminent then why have they made such long delays for this to be given? It within Magufuli power to grant this licence but he has not.
