Agreed Saucepan, chart looks nicely set up now, this acquisition news could prove the catalyst to move the share price or the full year results which are due to be reported on Tuesday.

Yep, looks like a fairly small acquisition in financial terms (no details given), but an important one in strategic terms. It provides new support services to the rest of KWS' client base - and it comes with a 4 year service agreement.

More and larger deals to come methinks.

Still waiting on the acquisition news front but it is perfectly clear that Andrew Day is not ever likely to rush into some deal or another for the sake of it..

We are very lucky to have such a safe pair of hands in him and i have every confidence that when a deal is eventually announced that it will be the right one.

Hi cfro. Decent volumes today - good to see a tick up on the back of it.

I'm still here as well as you! Nice quiet thread with the share price consolidating. Results on 5th April, so not long now.

I'd expect news on acquisitions at some point - nothing since the November placing suggests it shouldn't be too long as KWS have been extremely active on that front.

Since i mentioned that one 'bored seller' from earlier there has been a flurry of larger trades suddenly out of the blue. Been hardly any volume here for weeks up to today.

These shares have gone as quiet as a mouse..

Very tiny PI sale today has knocked the price. Must be a few bored sellers around.

Hopefully there should be some acquisition news soon. The management did say that several discussions were at a late stage and of course, we have a bumper set of results to look forward to in April.

On the other hand, earnings enhancing acquisition news could come any day . . .

(We know it is fairly imminent. Edison think it likely before April)

KWS is in advanced discussions to complete one or more deals and we expect an announcement could be made before the company delivers its full-year financials in April.

KWS tends to plateau once it's found a new level due to its low volumes. Worthwhile buying any dips.

Thanks for the links saucepan and 2 breakout.

That is a healthy increase in estimates from Edison, which is 33% higher for 2015 and 20% for 2016, still looking out for the Finncap estimates.

Only 8000 transaction so far and the share price is 3.5% higher, imagine the affect once the story is more widely known amongst the investor community.
