Keras Resources plc ("Keras" or "the Company")
Result of General Meeting
Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.
Following the approval of the resolution put to shareholders, the proposed acquisition by Pharmanet Group Limited ("Pharmanet") of 100% of the issued share capital of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Keras (Gold) Australia Pty Ltd ("Keras Australia"), as previously announced on 21 March 2017 (the "Transaction"), will advance according to the anticipated schedule of events shown below.
