Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company is pleased to announce that it has today received notice that Pharmanet Group Limited, to be renamed Calidus Resources Limited, has been notified that all funds have been received pursuant to the ASX Capital Raising as previously announced. These funds total A$7,875,000 (GBP4.5million).
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
