Surely share price will bounce back from these levels over the next month....a good RNS would certainly help DR....come on we neer s rabbit out of a hat.If we get to be a producing 30,000 a year by 2017 this will definitely re rate by then.I think people were expecting huge production figures straight away....the last job was never going to do that...but the next job has definitely got the potential to be a good profit maker!You only lose if u sell and i'm not panicking like the other sellers. Will wait and sell at a profit next year...no rush!

I think some of you better read the RNS again,that was not good news this morning,why do you think the share price dropped nearly 25% doubt if there will be an update for some time now,sp imo will will drift probably down gl though

Yes gold is definitely on a long bull run and this will be a lot higher soon! Was in the 1.50's even before any gold extracted so its like starting again but with the share price almost half the price! It has to go up soon :)) i bet buy Christmas its 2p!

Laptop, yes JLP in the same boat. Mining licence has been imminent for the last 12 months but the board have been advised by the DMC that everything is in order and there is nothing more they need do. It's just a waiting game and it seems they can take as long as they like with these things in South Africa! Good Luck anyway.

Laptop, did you ever get into JLP as I saw you on their BB. A few here in KRS hold JLP also. My largest holding by a long shot (JLP) Sitting on the largest platinum resource in the world awaiting mining licence to be signed off.

Definitely oversold now....drop not justified its still very early days here and plenty of time to like about the coming months!Panic sellers is all....just a blip.....almost back to an non production price now!STRONG BUY!!!

That's a bit disappointing that productivity has come in lower than expected on these first couple of pits and the early teething problems etc. Hopefully these won't come into play on Wycheproof and Lindsay and we'll get some better numbers in the next quarters. At least the average received per ounce should be somewhat higher than the q just reported on.

Keras Managing Director Dave Reeves said, "Based on the first quarter production figures we have introduced improved operational procedures and efficiencies to reduce costs, increase margins and maximise the value of the tribute lease areas under our control. The move now into the higher-grade pits at Wycheproof and then Lindsay's will, I believe, reflect positively in our next production update. To ensure maximisation of these higher-grade opportunities, and offset the start-up operational challenges experienced, we have changed the grade control sampling procedures, optimised the labour force, and up-sized the mining fleet. Importantly the new open pit areas are subject to a profit share tribute agreement rather than a royalty based agreement which should significantly impact our percentage profit. Furthermore, the majority of, if not all of the next quarter's production will be batch processed through a third party mill which should reduce the time associated with grade reconciliation and payment".



"Therefore, although we have had initial teething issues and were disappointed by May and June's performance, we have learnt a lot from mining these smaller pits. All the above initiatives should see the new open pit operations producing positive cash flow in the coming quarters. It is now a matter of cost control and ensuring that our operations are maximising efficiencies as we continue to implement the original strategy of building a gold production business around the higher grade and higher margin, longer life underground operations in the region."

Lots of talk of gold price going ballistic in the coming months/years and with the world going down the toilet sadly I can see it happening. All we need now is for Trump to win the presidency and gold could well go to the moon. People in the states are saying it can't happen that Trump could win but that's what was said about Brexit too by many. The share price on small producers like KRS have the potential to multi bag quickly IMO.
