Beginner question, but if the deal goes ahead, what date would our shares be converted into 935p each? There were a few dates mentioned in the RNS, I assume it sthe date of the "court meeting" but no date was given for that?

Banked. Share price so close to offer suggests people think there will be a counter offer but I doubt it at that price. Strong offer
