|hugepants: I don't disagree. Worth noting the current share price is at a 7% discount to the recent share buyback price.
"Completed £100 million share buyback of 9.8 million shares at an average price of 1,020 pence per share, representing a 17.7% discount to Q3-16 adjusted NAV per share"|
|djderry: That's more like it Mary! This is one of my biggest single stock holdings and the share price is seriously wide of even the most conservative NAV.Buy them up to 11.50 at least!!|
|hpcg: Yes, the ROC % from sales was good to read. Also the progress at Buckingham house where we are anticipating growth in rent. Pretty standard read really and should see the share price back to 1200.|
|mick: Still can't figure out what's causing the continuing weakness in KWE share price - will be in two weeks on 26th Feb. Looks like there is an institution selling down.|
|mad foetus: Look a decent set of results, NAV up to over £11, dividend of 10p a quarter, EPS at over £1. Obviously not comparing like with like as last years report was for a new company not yet invested, but growth looks very positive. The target of 15% pa share price growth over the long term looks eminently achievable. A core holding for me.|
|anley: In one of my posts I mentioned how the share price would not respond to big jumps and today I feel justified in saying that. However, the results are very good and to be expected from this management.
With an economy slowly recovering then we can expect growth in rentals as well as in the NAV. I decided to top slice my holding and the balance has gone in to my "tin can" where it can stay until I am 75 (current age 72).
Thanks everyone as I shall not be bothering to comment anymore......|
|anley: and a firm share price to go with it.............|
|anley: Very good figures in these indifferent markets but the share price is trading at a premium to NAV and they make a play on how well the past has been...........its the future and this is the test of good management in the property world and they have a team that can do this and also put their money where their mouth is.........big point.
I know we could say that the NAV could increase but the market will only give the price an uplift if KWE starts to slowly churn the portfolio and substantial profits over book value start to flow into the cash pot.............we shall have to wait and see................
Meanwhile carry on the good work Mr Management please.|
