Publication of a Supplement to the Euro Medium Term Note Programme Base Prospectus

Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc ("KWE") announces that it has today published a supplement dated 2 March 2017 (the "Supplement") to the base prospectus dated 8 November 2016 (together with the Supplement, the "Base Prospectus") relating to KWE's GBP2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Under the Programme, KWE, and its wholly-owned subsidiary KW Lux FinanceCo S.à r.l. ("KW Lux"), may issue, from time to time, up to GBP2,000,000,000 of various types of debt securities in certain markets and currencies. Debt securities issued by KW Lux under the Programme will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by KWE.

The Supplement, which has been prepared by KWE and KW Lux in connection with the Programme, has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing.
