Jmsm, sorry to give a thomb down, but my advice is most valuable.
If you really want to follow traders, the best are: Tara and Topinfo

The answer to your question is not simple. I do believe that there are some posters on this site who offer an insight but being successful comes with experience. It depends on your trading/investment strategy but I would suggest you read around various threads.

One poster called Stockologist might be worth following. He is a deramper but most of the stocks he attacks go up.

jmsm, if you read the trader thread remember it is exactly that. Most are hourly trades so dont expect to buy in on a tip and be told when to sell.

Jmsm, To make your own decisions and not to allow scammers to make them for you. With the questions you ask, you seem very vulnerable indeed. Note: Aim is the new frontier of the wild west.

Plz forgive me if this question has been asked before - I would really like to know who are the best tipsters on the "Top Traders" board that newcomers can feel comfortable with. Any suggestions ?

Hambledon Mining Plc
("Hambledon" or "the Company")
Appointment of Joint Broker
Hambledon Mining plc (AIM: HMB), the gold mining and development group, announces the appointment of Peat & Co. as the Company's Joint Broker, alongside Strand Hanson Limited, with immediate effect.
John Beaumont, COO and Head of Research at Peat & Co., following a recent visit to Hambledon's operations in Kazakhstan, commented:
"We were very impressed by our visit to Hambledon's Sekisovskoye gold mine and our meetings with management. We expect the combination of the well-developed local infrastructure and the attractive ore body geology to create value for investors and act as a spring-board for future Hambledon developments in this mining friendly country."

Have a look at the Cnel thread and you might see a similar pattern of topinfo
ramping to the postings here before he sold minutes later and never posted
again.

Thanks Shareholder

Nothing much doing here except folks selling 800 shares @8p. The spread is terrible and it's no wonder there is no trading even at this level. Still, things can and do change in a flash so just a case of holding along with my other assorted gems and bombed out recovery plays.

Probably for the best Topinfo is not holding, his track record is so bad, another recent pump and dump sits at the top of the losers board.

Loverat. Yes its only £14m m/c.I am expecting results of the 2 deposits soon. This will be far better than REM for reasons I stated earlier .Also keep your eye on PTSB recovery. I hope you are still holding .

I bought a few of these a couple of weeks back. Remind me why this will be multiples of this price again. And is the market cap of £14million in the header correct?

Just like REM, I have this feeling when results start coming in, lots of people will regret not buying at this price .Not that I am complaining . It is an opportunity to acquire more at this level .Fully funded, about 85% ownership, tiny free float and close to China/Russia.Glad I am holding tight to my 100k shares.
