The Company announces that it has been informed that Richard Ward, Executive Chairman of Kellan, purchased 12,392,029 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1 pence per share on 27 October 2016. Accordingly, Mr Ward now holds 12,392,029 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 3.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been informed that Mr James McHugh, formerly a significant shareholder in the Company, no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
