29/10/2019 18:58 | How many more Loan provider RNSs will there be before ANS starts to fund the project? | divmad
29/10/2019 18:27 | Goatherd just makes it up as he goes along daftbat, because he's on the 'payroll' in some form or other, there is no other explanation for his defence of HAA all these years. Even the bunker in 1945 had more than one occupant, so there is no accounting for taste as to whom you trust and rely upon to defend. It isn't important to go through what Goatherd says (and others) over the years as it is Harry who should carry the can, but the link will be there if it comes to it scrutiny. Goatie, just give it up and await the good news 'shortly'. Topicel | topicel
29/10/2019 18:12 | Goatie, your figures are wrong. I thought they probably were so I went through the RNS's since 2014, and although I've probably missed one or two, I make it that pre-consolidation Harry bought 86.6m shares at a cost of £710k. These 86.6m shares post-consolidation are now around 5.1m shares, therefore the average price for these shares is just under 14p. He's added a few since then but he's nowhere near 14%, and his average is nowhere near 1p. Aug 2018 he only held 2.3% of the shares in issue. | daftbat
29/10/2019 16:59 | WHATnow1, Top's arithmetic was a little askew, IMHO! (I didn't want to point it out and embarrass him). SharePad automatically corrected for the 17:1 correction. Topicel, I do not say Hary is perfect - I only defend him against wrong or unfair attacks. I did NOT say Harry had 14% - I said he had bought 13.6% and had not declared any sales. So I wondered what had happened. You say he has about 14m - - have you any evidence of that? I think it must be quite a lot more as the total directors' holdings are 9.0% - and the purchases by other directors are only 3.1%. So I think the MINIMUM he has is around 6% or 45m. | goatherd
29/10/2019 16:45 | Goatherd you stated that HAA has a holding of 102,312,639 costing £915,940 . 13.6% that's a near 9p average? He`s got a average worse than most here and is owning a serious paper loss. And there I was thinking I had it bad at a near 2p average. | whatnow1
29/10/2019 16:20 | Dilution as it was pointed out earlier Goatherd. You and I had millions more once, did we not? Why do you insist on misrepresenting and defending HAA? He might well finally achieve the stated goal but it has been a poor investment often because of his appalling decision, and you have said that! Anyway, we assume he is declaring his interests correctly, don't we, in the last purchase RNS late June/early July? Topicel | topicel
29/10/2019 16:09 | Snap Shortarm. As I keep telling Goatie, you need a good memory in this game! Annoyingly I have that and a bad dose of blind faith, so it gets me nowhere. Lol. But Harry will explain all tomorrow. He will say, if he's got anything about him, that this is still a 100% certainty that TK "will happen". He will say the red tape is simply a power struggle within the departments as to who gets the kudos and the best knockbacks... But reading between the lines perhaps. The best thing he can do is confirm that he holds directly, and indirectly, 16% of the company (not option rights) at present and is certain, no if's or buts, that he will be a multi-multi millionaire as a result. He needs to be categorical about the chances of this being a racing certainty and also to explain exactly what dilution the company will need after ANS pay in. He needs investors and should make a good case for once to get them. They are waiting... Topicel | topicel
29/10/2019 16:06 | Haha. I am much more suspicious this time round but all in all, I consider it to be a decent trading opportunity and possible a long term holding if they can regain some trust. | andysand
29/10/2019 16:02 | So Tops - what happened to the rest of the shares Harry bought? | goatherd
29/10/2019 16:00 | My muddled mind - and although that is easy to achieve it shouldn't be as Kefi should not have had to keep giving away our percentages - agrees with Shortarm. We have only given up the 55% to the GoE and ANS for the main TK project as I recall. The rest is ours to develop with probably just the GoE to have their 5% free carry. But like Harry's holdings - which Goatie did indeed revise but I think is nearer 14m shares - it shouldn't be so confusing. No wonder folk aren't, and haven't ever been, buying this share for years. It is now all but guaranteed, according to 'shortly', so one would think more would be taking fresh positions and the share price rising as speculators did what Andysand appears to have done. And he was convinced last autumn, so fair play him! Topicel | topicel
29/10/2019 15:54 | Project 45% - yesThe underground stuff and further exploration is not TKGM - it's KEFI! | shortarm
29/10/2019 15:14 | Go read the June 28 RNs before you make incorrect statements, shortarm. 45% beneficial interest accrues to Kefi under the financing terms. | divmad
29/10/2019 15:13 | I really shouldn't have to right? If you're serious??The underground stuff and 1000 local whatever's are Kefi, not the JV - been said many times. | shortarm
29/10/2019 15:09 | Pls enlighten me. | divmad
29/10/2019 14:33 | Couldn't be more incorrect! | shortarm
29/10/2019 14:25 | Take 45% of that figure for Kefi's ongoing share. | divmad
29/10/2019 13:31 | That isn't my target. That's the rise I would expect after funding is announced. Should funding come, I will become a long term holder and wait for the mine to start producing. | andysand
29/10/2019 13:23 | Andy, The booked reserves for the mine, anticipate 140,000oz of gold per annum, for seven years. That is a lot of gold, and I believe your target to be somewhat pessimistic. We will soon see, I think. | scrappycat
29/10/2019 13:11 | Andy, I believe you have timed your purchse perfectly. I consider the EG have little to gain from further procrastination, and I have, by my standards, a significant amount of money resting on the fact that the funds are definitely coming. | scrappycat
29/10/2019 13:00 | I am hoping the company will change my mind. I am still extremely suspicious of them; particularly Adams. But if this is finally getting done, I done want to miss the 400% rise that will likely come. As always, it's a risk vs reward situation. The downside is I end up selling at 0.6p and a sore wallet. | andysand
29/10/2019 12:57 | Andy - Exactly, you were bowling against the company a moment ago - K | keelhauled
29/10/2019 12:55 | I'll give them 4 weeks grace. December, I am out if the money hasn't arrived. | andysand
29/10/2019 12:53 | Not quite a new bat. One slip, and I sell. I know this company only too well. | andysand
29/10/2019 12:53 | I seem to recall that Harry transferred a considerable number of shares to the family Pension Scheme. I think those may now be in his wife's name. | scrappycat |
