That isn't my target. That's the rise I would expect after funding is announced. Should funding come, I will become a long term holder and wait for the mine to start producing.

The booked reserves for the mine, anticipate 140,000oz of gold per annum, for seven years. That is a lot of gold, and I believe your target to be somewhat pessimistic. We will soon see, I think.

I believe you have timed your purchse perfectly. I consider the EG have little to gain from further procrastination, and I have, by my standards, a significant amount of money resting on the fact that the funds are definitely coming.

I am hoping the company will change my mind. I am still extremely suspicious of them; particularly Adams. But if this is finally getting done, I done want to miss the 400% rise that will likely come. As always, it's a risk vs reward situation. The downside is I end up selling at 0.6p and a sore wallet.

I have checked more on the Directors' buys, as shown in SharePad. I made a small mistake in adding up Harry's shares - he bought more than I said. Last time was manual, this time I used a (simple) programme to extract the data
The actual figures, for the 3 director's who own shares are

Mr Leach . . 20,004,183 shares, . cost £208,087 or 2.7%
Harry . . . 102,312,639 . . . . .. . . £915,940 . 13.6%
Mr Ling . . . 2,982,230 . . . . . . . . £19,088 .. 0.4%

at 16,7% total this is substantially more than the company says directors hold. I wonder why.

It can only be either SharePad is wrong - and I think that is unlikely, they give a lot of detail for each purchase, or some shares have been disposed of.

As Cybaajak says if directors were to start buying and then the project gets the go ahead that would stink of insider dealing.

Topicel - very true. My average here is 1.48 on 3 million shares. I do feel however that there will never be any faith in Ethiopia if this project does not go ahead..hence i am optimistic. As for EUA...my average was 0.75....sold out at 1.88 unfortunately.

I am back in. I did say I wouldn't do that till the money arrives so this is risky indeed. But at least I was able to avoid the last 6 months dilution and double my holding. I am not a loyal shareholder though. I will sell on the first sigh on trouble.

Lurchlides - we have had more than a few moments that promised that EUA reaction mate.

It will happen if we receive the ANS funds, but we have endured a far more steep descent than EUA and, consequently, we could do with that initial boost but followed by an AAZ-type climb ;)

Both are 'shortly' possible, hence the calm reaction today as people who are not in Kefi sense multi-bag time.

But AAZ is the journey for me. And they did pay interims recently, an old Harry promise which would also come true here and be transformational if the project is financed.

money looks like it is coming...look at what happened at EUA.....languished to 0.45.....then shot up on announcement. Hope the same happens here
