its hardly capitulation that is driving the share price lower!!!! Its the endless dilution that has been structured in such away that the loan shark makes even more money the more it tanks!!! this process has been abetted by a backdrop of 'local investors' who for months and months seem to have led Harry on a merry dance as they have done everything but invest!!! i think you have more chance in finding gold at the end of a rainbow than this self-enriching ponzi...

Capitulation is fundamentally the point at which any number of entities decides there is a future and invests in that future accordingly, to the exclusion of others. The current share sales could be part of that but exclusion of others. The question is the future!

Goaterd, you've been a defender of management and HA for circa 5 years or is it more? Of all Topicels critisms of you he is spot on in calling you out on that. I've wondered whether you're on the Kefi payroll so blinkered have you been.

I suppose you'll always be right if you never sell.

There's definately gold and base metals in the ground in TK and Kefi's license areas in Saudi - the company has had world class reliable research which I do have confidence in. So I'll support you if you want to say you were right about that? Just please give us all a break in trying to defend this stage of bringing the research to mine develoment hasn't been woefully mismanaged.

There is a well known paradox in Quantum Physics that tries to account for the wierdness of atomic particles. it is referred to as the Schrödinger's cat thought experiment. This suggests that if you place a cat and something that could kill the cat in a sealed box, you would not know if the cat was dead or alive until you opened the box, so that until the box was opened, the cat was (in a sense) both "dead and alive".

Ofcourse, in the real world where we ALL live in, this thought experiment is a nonsense. Unfortunately, the goatherder ... and some others... believe that they do not exist in the real world but in the 'Quantum Realm' with those pesky particles ...:-)

It seems to me that we have very nearly got to "Capitulation" when almost everyone gives up on a share, or a market.

Great time to buy - or so say many of the market gurus.

I do wish Topicel would take on board that I do not accept I am losing money here.

If I needed the money NOW, then, yes, I would be.

If I gave up on the company and sold, then, yes, I would have.

But I don't and haven't.

I am confident that everything will seem very different by next Thursday (give or take a day or two).

And we have a Harry video coming up soon.

Goatherd - Possibly, but don't forget this golden (pardon the pun) ticket only gets redeemed with Kefi. Without Kefi there is no larger financing package to actually build the mine.

It's not a coincidence that this is the first gold mining project ready to be developed in years - if you can't buy the machinery or pay the contractors in USD, nothing is being built.

@Andysand - ANS can't buy the company. They don't have the foreign currency to be able to buy Kefi plc, whether they wanted to or not. They are buying in at the project level (TKGM) for that very reason, because they are awash with Ethiopian Birr.
