16/10/2019 06:54 | a) Has the money arrived??? b) Have the death spiral loan sharks dumped ahead of another favorable conversion??? Always expect the worst and you will never be disappointed with Harry!!!! | pjj71
16/10/2019 06:48 | 14% increase in total shares outstanding since the August RNs detailing a change in the loan provider. And the share price has gone down from 1p to ,0.75p, a 25% drop. Shocking. | divmad
16/10/2019 06:21 | No RNS from dear leader to that effect, we have to read the sale from elsewhere.. Question is; A sale of an asset that has little to no intrinsic value to Kefi, OR Kefi is feeling the downside effects of the current Financial Arrangement with no-name benefactor and seeks to alleviate the pressure slightly... I wonder what Kefi's RNS will say. | cybaajak
16/10/2019 06:07 | Keri get 90,000 pounds from Ariana (AAU) for NSR and database....... | shortarm
16/10/2019 04:22 | Also a self reflection. Anyone can be investigated by SFO, BUT only certain people, or businesses, come under the FCA. I do wonder if our mysterious loan provider has any oversight... | cybaajak

15/10/2019 17:33 | taxlosstone 61609 - whilst lying on the beach this afternoon I too was musing about the Sanderson enigma. They were presumably in a contract to provide us with finance in exchange for shares at 2p. I don't know the ins and out of the deal but they obviously didn't want to part with any more funds at that price. So what does Harry do? Pay them off to get them out of a contractual obligation to us!! If they were refusing to continue with the funding then he should have consulted our solicitors to sue for breach of contract. But no, he gets into bed with "our unknown loan shark" knowing full well he can issue as much confetti as he now likes because of the resolution passed at the(AGM)(a resolution I was strongly against but was poo pooed because "it would never come to this" or words to that effect). Strange that the loan restructuring was followed closely on the heels of the capital reorganisation. Methinks it was planned in advance. Those actions are very questionable and to the detriment of all shareholders including his brown nosed chums on here, which makes me wonder what's in it for them? When Sanderson entered into the loan agreement on 28th November 2018 they also took out a charge over 1000 ordinary shares of $1 (keyboard wont let me do a pound sign) each in the company. I don't understand the significance of these 1000 ordinary shares but it does seem odd. When this was revamped on 5th August 2019 the RNS states that the Sanderson loan now has no security attached and the new loan is also unsecured. So why do Sanderson still hold a charge (which I assume is the security referred to) as per this filing at Companies House? Harry keeps harping on about transparency and keeping us informed but it will take a forensic genius to sift through all the guff that has been issued by way of RNS. Maybe that's why there is so much of it..who knows? | digger2779
15/10/2019 17:18 | cbaajak, I am sorry. But he is so offensive and keeps ascribing views to me which I do not hold. What else can I do? I have tried ignoring him but he seems obsessed by me. | goatherd
15/10/2019 16:49 | Getting older then but not wiser, eh? Birth cert my rear, what would that prove? Then it is senility to keep investing in something that keeps losing you money. Otherwise you have been trading here and not quite so much of a stalwart as you imply. The way you post it has to be one or t'other! Nobody could continue with such a sterling defence of such a calamitous share performance based on the dreams of a prize that was as far away in 2014 as it is now, and when we were all 90% better off holding Kefi shares...You seem to forget you recommended buying at 1.3p old money; and Harry says similar things too, does he not, like, to paraphrase 'sellers at 1.4p might come to regret it'. Lol. As for the Swiss air, it is marvelous, can help clear the mind and see investments for what they are. You really should try it! You wouldn't post here, nor anywhere else in the way you do just to pass the time. Fifty-hour weeks take it out of you at 84 you know ;) Topicel | topicel
15/10/2019 16:35 | Can you two get a room ? A different one than this anyway... | cybaajak
15/10/2019 16:01 | " If you're really 82 maybe Switzerland can help" See you have your facts wrong yet again. I am 84. If you send me your email I will send you a birth certificate. I think inciting someone to suicide is a criminal offence. | goatherd
15/10/2019 15:56 | And the filthy-mouthed Goatherd said, so offended was he by the true LTHs picking apart his fables so often these days: "If you bothered to check the facts you would know it is fortnightly, not weekly. A company has to borrow money to keep going. I would prefer that was not the case - but it is inevitable." But what is that we see above in the RNS table. Equity issue 30/9 RNS followed swiftly by another at 7/10. Maybe we will have a breather until the 21st, but as Estseon has suggested, the loan shark seems to be dumping again today...so he must have some more lined up from Harry. Where is it all going? Any idea? Did you also happen to think the select committee got it wrong today when asking if the Thomas Cook Management felt they were justified in taking huge wages while overseeing an obvious collapse? Are you Harry's relation per chance? You keep defending his pay for a good job while finding the decimation of your investment of little concern. If you're really 82 maybe Switzerland can help as you clearly are delusional if not conniving ;) So above 0.85 or so, whatever it was, by Xmas? Is that your best recommendation here? You really are going to be so rich if that is all it's going to have to beat. Where's your ambition man? 1p at least, surely! The point is, you would have said by November when you posted your 'SP will be higher' comment the other day if, like dear old Boorish, you really did believe in the 31st October for us... Do you not see how contradictory you are? And yes, Bisha and Hawiah was a good read for dreamers. It needs money though, don't it? Have you really given Kefi six-figures to help your grandkids in later life and seen it turn into under £10k, or was it all nonsense? Would have been better in an ISA for when they are 18... And stop swearing at people. So unbecoming of a senior, senior citizen. Topicel | topicel
15/10/2019 15:22 | Get into JLP whilst it is still cheap. Thank me later | deme1
15/10/2019 15:11 | Wise decision by our supplier of short term capital to remain anonymous. I am not a violent person but even I would wag a finger at them vigorously. ;-) Was it Sanderson who was a previous provider who could not continue to fund us? Did anyone ever understand why it was us that paid them off? Only in Kefi-World!! | taxlosstone
15/10/2019 15:08 | PJJ71, If you really think that you should read Estseon's excellent estimates of value (most recent is 61437) - or even mine (61463) of the value I expect Hawiah to be worth. | goatherd
15/10/2019 15:02 | harry really has surpassed himself on this death spiral funding... even if the local funding is found at the end of a very distant rainbow the WC providers will be the only ones to benefit... you couldnt script this POS of a company... | pjj71
15/10/2019 14:55 | Also pre-warning of another issue of equity as the sell qty spikes above 9m again. The issue last week was only for £110k so this will be the top up to the £250k not less than every 2 weeks. | cybaajak
15/10/2019 14:24 | Market cap £5million .. you gotta laugh. Maybe ANS looking to buy it lock stock and barrel for the £6 million they had earmarked for KEFI | banksy
15/10/2019 13:19 | "It's the loan shark dumping again in all probability - curse him." No thanks. I think I'll curse the person who invited him in, if it's all the same. | jaylett |
