Posted at 14/2/2011 15:27 by envirovision PecherSky project resumed at the begining of February 2011 with its completion expected in about 18 months.Sky Towers schedule of works and costs have now agreed, four phases, first phase to be completed in May 2012. It really is busy at KDDG. As they would say in Thunderbirds: all systems are go. |

("KDD Group" or the "Group") Reduction of the interest rate on Sky Towers' credit line KDD Group (AIM: KDDG), the holding company of one of Ukraine's leading real estate investment and development groups, is pleased to announce that it yesterday agreed revised terms for its existing credit line (the "Facilities") with Ukreximbank. The Facilities consist of both USD and Hryvnia denominated elements, totalling the equivalent of US$160 million. Under the new agreement, the interest rates chargeable on both the USD and Hryvnia denominated elements of the Facilities is to be reduced by 1 per cent., per annum and the Facilities have a repayment date of May 2012. The Facilities, to date, have been used by KDD Group to finance construction work at the Group's Sky Towers office and hotel project ("Sky Towers"). The Sky Towers project is expected to be largely completed by Quarter 2, 2012. Alexander Levin, KDD Group's Chairman, commented: "I believe that the reduction of the interest rate on the Facilities reflects both improvement of the situation in the Ukrainian banking sector, as well as strong progress by KDD on the Sky Towers project. We are hopeful that the growing liquidity of Ukrainian banks, and the reduction in the cost of borrowing, will allow KDD to activate construction activity on several other projects in the short to medium term |
