Yes the share price is frustrating.
Hence this is a end game project.
Not daily Trade share.

True stevehoops. They will already know, which is why they will know the true value of what's in the ground when the time comes. Hence there will be no place for any offer for KDR that isn't realistic. Interesting times ahead!

That's a fair point duplicate book. I haven't even seen a comment to a newspaper on the rare diamond find. Do they not feel like they need to share with media. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes here. I suspect as the picture emerges there will be a lot of interest here

DB

OVERHANG OR STICKY HANDS AND MM UP TO THERE TRICKS
THE LATER I THINK.

AS WE HAVE SEEN A MASSIVE RNS FROM OUR BOD FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER (EVER)
PERHAPS 2017 WILL SEE A WIND OF CHANGE .
I GUESS THE BOD KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT TO DELIVER A MASSIVE RNS
TILL THEN I WILL KEEP THR FAITH AND BUILD.
KIND REGARDS

With recent news.....probably a chunk higher than it is now! It is a shame the Management couldnt convey to the Markets the same exuberance and confidence in their Company as some of their loyal holders!

If the Board could only confirm half of what is to be speculated and hoped for by some here, we would be many pence rather than stuck in this trading range! The Market has put a value on KDR and that is clearly well below the expectations of many of its holders. Its upto the Board to change that situation.

Must be a large overhang here. Who did they place those shares with before Christmas when they raised £425,000. Wonder where this share price would be now, were it not for that placing?

Would £400M be deemed a good offer!!Lets say Conroy and family have 50%. Would £200M pay for an Irish Gold mine?

Goldeneye51 Feb '17 - 13:19 - 8101 of 8106 0 0 I notice they rarely do any press, media interviews, etc for kdr. It's as if they are happy to remain below the radar.

KDR in my opinion is now a screaming takeover target. The prof said that if they receive a good offer for the company, they will say thank you very much and take it. We both know the prof and he will not give it away cheaply.

Could be helpful for CGNR too!

====

When did the Prof say this? - I don't suppose he defined what would pass as a 'good offer'?
