If that other 1.5million is a forward sale too, at what price did they buy at, to want to offload at that price, and make a decent profit? Thoughts anyone. Whatever it was, thats where the shareprice will ultimately end up!

Couple of 500k sells yesterday and 1.5million just gone through. Could these block trades be somebody forward selling placing shares? I'm keeping my powder dry for now in the hope that we get funding news sooner, rather than later!

Just by way of comparison, the Russian company Lukoil have just sold the Grib pipe on the Russian side of the Karelian Craton for $1.45 billion. Their SVP said:

"We successfully developed a major diamond project from its very early stage and brought the Grib diamond mine to almost full capacity on time and within budget"

Don't worry Pete, I've never had any street cred.

Like you say, with new methods and quality of stones, plus all the additional targets, we'll still be more than fine. It is a bonus play after all and the Prof did comment on Friday re very good profit from it.
KM further commented the 30cpht was only a minimum estimate, so could herald even better news and the same chap reckons the other targets are juicier, so all good.

Just need to get the placing sorted and praying it contains decent news re plans for Lahtojoki or there'll be a mutiny on the buses.
Once production gets into shape, our hand is stronger for the main plays.

Pity about the decimal point KS. I hope it hasn't destroyed your street cred. However although 30 cpht isn't as good as Alrosa's figure at 110 cpht it may not be all that bad. Remembering that the economics depend not only on the raw cpht but also the quality of the stones it is worth noting that KDR have said that there is "a high percentage of gem quality diamonds" at Lahtojoki. That taken together with the possibility of using the new pre-screening technology at 100 mm could make all the difference. See:
