Stevehoops......I certainly dont hold such a cynical view towards our Board, or any individual thereof, but there is no denying that I feel very disgruntled about the recent RNS relating to the Capital reorganisation, and the most obvious reason that it should be required! My main concern, and the reason why I am not going to add to my stake here, is that at what price is the inevitable placing going to be at?

KeyserSosse......our Board have expressed a wish that us shareholders vote, and agree with their proposed Capital Reorganisation at the upcoming AGM. My thoughts are that if news was released that would have a meterial effect on our share price prior to that, it may render such a requirement to be redundant, so l doubt that would happen.

I agree with your feelings regarding the deferred shares, in particular the 'mates rates', and the inevitable fund raising following this reorganisation, but at what price? We have closed down again today. The chart is suggesting that this downtrend is going to continue, though l accept that in small cap stocks chart analysis is usually pointless! The Board have made it clear that this reorganisation is necessary to facilitate the raising of working capital, which by its very nature causes dilution, and in more cases than not is followed by a share consolidation.

Its time for the Board to deliver on the expectations of its shareholders. The final results and the necessity to reorganise the Capital of the Company suggests to me that in the short term that is not going to happen.

For the first time in two years, I'd have to agree entirely with Cornish Trader1000 and say the BOD's policy of keeping matters in house is entirely responsible for the current and pitiful share price.
I know for fact the BOD themselves are baffled by the low share price but they have nobody else to blame except themselves.

To try and keep a balanced opinion here, I know full well and gracefully accept it takes hell of a long time to succeed in diamond exploration, it really is a long shot, I'd suggest looking at the timescales it took Alrosa to explore, pinpoint and finally unveil their huge mines on the other side of the Karelian Craton.
That took an eon but is all in the archives if you take time to look yourselves.

We do share a common link however thanks to Dr Nikolai Pokhilenko and efforts on both sides which stretch back many years under previous guises. Again, there's nothing hidden or cryptic whatsoever, it is all there for the entire www to see, purely needs researching.

A few other other points intrigue me though, the 'cash used in operations' is certainly one. Once again, I'm not being cryptic, but folk need to examine these in conjunction with other years, then look very closely and cross examine events leading up to these periods.

The paragraph regarding 'deferred shares' is also one which intrigues me.
Sensing a power shift and possible nepotism here, which may lead on to the capital reorganisation.
Mates rates perhaps ?

There's definitely no shortage of folk prepared to fund any placing which will no no doubt happen.
The folk funding have deep pockets and closer ties to the BOD than the likes of you and I will ever have, and they're the ones we'll never encounter in real life.

With the AGM looming and plenty of spuds primed to be chucked, I can only hope and imagine we'll hear further news beforehand. But what the hell do I know ?

As I said at the start of this post, I'm in total agreeance for the first time ever with Cornish and I'm certainly not trying to sugarcoat anything re Karelian....they need to and should be more open with their news policy.

Steady now Hoops don't top up until after the consolidation and a further 50% decline in share price like over at cgnr as this could happen imo.
