Trust CJ has reported to the Police.
Might be the same person who successfully hacked into CJ's computer and erased all his mail for a 2 year period? And that being immediately after CJ had made it known on this BB he had significant news for the shareholders and intended to make statement.

Frighteningly clever stuff. By a frighteningly clever computer expert.
Mind you - so much so - you'd have thought porn & SPAM would be beneath the skills of such a person?

Billy, the website in question is down (think they lost control). Bit of a total waste anyway, chasing £5K when they should have been chasing £350K+

LOL.....then how comes gart was able to phone and speak to Hardy next door to the courtroom on the very day & at some length and also concurrently speak to me? As witnessed by other shareholders. The only way I could have attended the Hearing would have been to have stayed overnight in London. Wasn't worth the additional expense for such a known short hearing.

Arpy never had the balls to make any bet about anything!!!

.....and as to me being "in hiding".....don't you stress yourself out over that wee matter.

As soon as it is the appropriate point in time and is convenient for me to do so, I promise I (with some other s/holders) will be visiting CJ's local Police station in person and it will be part of that process that they will know exactly how & where to get a hold of me.

Billy, one further point, even though I had defended Ali to some extent, I did complain to ADVFN about his posts (or another), I was fobbed off, so, a major account lost for them, I'm no longer blue from next request of fees.

Hi Billy, Still own property in Ford, visited earier this year, but unlikely in the future. We are perminent resident in France and spend the Winter months in Bermuda. Didn't ever know anyone from your golf club, famous as it is. Only play golf in Bermuda, and my par is waining.
