It did not take the sort of volume already traded today to drop like a stone, so it could be some of those trades are sells.

this share used to have a spread of almost 5p when it was traded around the 20p mark.

however, RDG your purchase looks like being very worthwhile.

Judging by the that spread things are looking
more positive.
It's not often you see a stock as illiquid as jumbo
have a bid AND offer at the same price.

So Walter Goldsmith buys another 40,000 @ 7.5p topping up to now hold 4.3% of the company. Could it be that this time it really is on the way up?

Maynot be short of the mark coxmj bearing in mind past events and who put up the cash injection. someone may just get lucky and end up sitting on a mini Knutsford.

I have followed this due to Walter Goldsmiths past record, although in this case he seems to have blundered. However, the new Chairman may have ideas and that could be why he came up with the cash to keep this afloat.

as you say every time it becomes active, is the time to do something and as there is a profit to be made, small though it maybe.

They are allowed to delay reporting a trade for a period governed by the multiple of the trade size over Normal Market Size, which is 1000, usually, in Jumbo's case. Can be a couple of days, I believe. The rules are somewhere on the www.londonstockexchange.co.uk site, but I couldn't download the Crest Transaction document (Rules & Regs)

How long is it before MM have to report it, if this is the case?

This must be one of the most illiquid stocks on AIM - There can only have been a couple of handfuls of trades in the last six months. It can only be a large sale which the MM took on board only at a huge discount. shareoracle states 'reason unknown' and there is no announcement visible. Year end is 31/12/2001 but they usually use the full six months allowed before reporting results.

There it is, suddenly appeared in last 20 mins, timed at 14:56. Presumably the MM didn't take the trade until there was some response at that price. Pitifully small trade all the same (£2000).

Topping up, clocktower?

Sales are always delayed on this so thios could be the case.

On the other hand MM could be about to play this.

Worth watching in the short term.

Shamster were you one of the sellers yesterday that drove the price down to its current level? See the last seller only got .075 per share on the 20,000.

At least we can hope they still have some of the cash still in the bank from recent injection, even if trade does suffer due to current world situation.

Just to bring it up again. I see what looks like 10,000 sell then 20,000 buy at 11p today. Anyone else holding shares in this small company?
