07/5/2014 13:10 | They already did the placing for the next acquisition!: "The net proceeds from the Placing will serve to restore the Company's ability to complete further acquisitions. Scientifica Limited, acquired in June 2013, was financed entirely by debt and existing cash resources; although the Group's gearing is comfortable, the Board took the view that further M&A activity would be constrained in the absence of an equity issue." Mark | marben100
07/5/2014 09:45 | Given the sudden drop, any chance there is a placing about to happen to pave the way for the next acquisition? | skirbell
06/5/2014 16:51 | Just to keep you all in the loop on presentations. David Cicurel will be providing a twenty minute update presentation at the next Mello Monday event in Beckenham on the 19th May so the patient will be rewarded by hearing how the company is doing direct from DC himself if you want to come along and join us. www.mellomeeting.co. | davidosh
06/5/2014 16:29 | Just another of my best holdings having the froth blown away. Not budging on this one. Must be due another acquisition soon. | supersturrock
06/5/2014 16:06 | For the last 4+ years, the broker forecasts have been unrealistically conservative at the beginning of the year. On that basis I am not at all convinced its on a high P/E for the growth being achieved. | shanklin
06/5/2014 16:01 | On a high PE, with a low yield. Many shareholders are sitting on large profits which people can see shrinking. Lots of small sellers are encouraging more sells so perpetuating the trend. I have sold a few recently to bank some profits, but in the absence of news I will hold the rest for the time being and watch the situation closely. After falling about 12% (so far) today an RNS might appear to reassure. Or not. | cornishman33
06/5/2014 15:55 | No RNS to account for this sudden fall. First negative action for years, there must be a reason behind such a fall, any info anyone? | llwyd
06/5/2014 15:46 | £20 broken - Next resistance about £17.00 (thoughts ??) | pugugly
01/5/2014 16:00 | well I sold a few; just fed up with the general market malaise so think this is likely to shed a few pounds! | janeann
01/5/2014 14:42 | Looks like a sell note out somewhere - share price faling fast on lots of small trades - Spread widening and bid volume falling. Could (imo) easily see a drop back below £20.00 . | pugugly
31/3/2014 12:21 | Currently retesting that 2375p alltime high again. If it breaks through to close above that level today or this week, I would not be surprised to see a gain of 10%+ within 2 months. | m.t.glass
28/3/2014 15:27 | Note to self. Pay more attention to the details! Thanks paxman, I stand corrected. :-) | skirbell
28/3/2014 12:50 | Unfair? You're positively victimising DC and the team! From kalkanite's excellent summary: The 4.3% LFL organic growth does not include GDS or Scientifica as they were purchased after Jan 1st 2012, remember GDS & Scientifica had 23% and 31% compounded annual growth rate respectively. Indeed they state...... The respective revenues of GDS and Scientifica, both of which have increased strongly post acquisition, are not included in the figures for organic growth, these companies having been acquired after January 2012. Paxman the humourist | paxman
28/3/2014 12:34 | Good set of results. My only concern is the organic growth at 4.3%. This would imply that to maintain the current growth level, shareholders should expect further acquisitions. This looks possible given the cash position and cash flow. However, it would be good to see JDG also driving growth organically. Or am I being grossly unfair? | skirbell
28/3/2014 11:16 | To the management team - I would like to thank you for another outstanding year! | buetowa
28/3/2014 10:58 | Great results IMO. I have given a brief summary here... | kalkanite
28/3/2014 08:09 | Surprised not to see any comments on the results.....look pretty good to me....must be that everyone to trying to buy more before posting positice comments!!! Well done DC.....again! | jaf111
11/3/2014 11:02 | Looking forward to the next update. It's been a great 4 1/2 years! | buetowa
11/3/2014 10:25 | Testing its previous alltime closing high of 2375p (Feb 4) More than doubled in the last 12 months. And did so in the previous 12 months too. Results confirmed as 28 March (not 24 March as indicated on some feeds) | m.t.glass
