Notice to Shareholders - Total Voting Rights
Following the Mandatory Redemption of JPEL Private Equity Limited's ("JPEL" or the "Company") US$ Equity Share class we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's total capital is 294,024,535 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 263,613,782 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ Equity Shares and 30,410,753 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2017 Zero Dividend Preference Shares.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 263,613,782 for the US$ Equity Share class and 30,410,753 for the 2017 Zero Dividend Preference share class. These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
