The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 15.00 pence per share to be paid on 27th October 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29th September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 28th September 2017.
The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the large majority of its net income as an interim dividend.
