Fourth interim ordinary dividend

A fourth interim ordinary dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share for the year ended 28th February, 2017 has been declared today by the Directors, payable on 21st April, 2017 to holders of ordinary shares and units on the register at the close of business on 7th April, 2017, having an ex-dividend date of 6th April, 2017.

The fourth interim ordinary dividend, when added to the previous three interim ordinary dividends of 1.80p per ordinary share, gives a total ordinary dividend in respect of the year ended 28th February, 2017 of 7.40p per ordinary share (2016: 6.90p ordinary and 0.50p Special giving a combined total for 2016 of 7.40p per ordinary share).

No special dividend is being paid in respect of the year ended 28th February, 2017 (2016: 0.50p per ordinary share).

The Board anticipates that, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Company will be in a position to maintain the level of quarterly ordinary interim dividends of 2.00p per ordinary dividend per quarter during the current financial year ending 28th February, 2018.
