The Company announces that it has today purchased 160,297 ordinary shares into Treasury at 388.97 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 49,348,450 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 232,285,460. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
