Los Angeles International Airport facility update


As announced on 31 March 2008, Air Fayre Limited ("Air Fayre"), one of the
Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, won a multi-year year contract to supply
United Airlines, Inc. ("United") with on-board catering facilities from its hub
at Los Angeles International Airport ("LAX").


In November 2008, Air Fayre successfully commenced operations from its new
facility in Los Angeles and is now providing services to all of United's
domestic and international departures out of LAX.


Stephen Yapp, Executive Chairman of Journey Group, said:


"The successful roll out of the Company's model used at Air Fayre's Heston-based
operations is proof of its transferability and scalability. The commencement of
operations in LA is key to the strategic international growth of Air Fayre's
business. The Company intends to continue to focus on new opportunities, both
locally and internationally."

Interim results for the six months to 30 June 2008


Journey Group plc, a leading provider of in-flight products, catering and cabin management
services to the airline and travel industry,
today announces its results for the six months to 30 June 2008.

Financial Highlights:

* Group revenues of £48.8 million (2007: £52.4 million)
* EBITDA* of £0.7 million (2007: loss of £2.1 million)
* Operating profit before share based payments* of breakeven (2007: loss of £3.1
million)
* Reorganisation of capital structure
* £8.0 million net of expenses raised through placing of ordinary shares
* £9.3 million of convertible bonds converted into ordinary shares
* Pro-forma net assets at 30 June 2008 increased by £17.3 million to £21.4 million
* Net debt reduced significantly
* before exceptional items

Operational Highlights:

* Seven year contract won with United Airlines in Los Angeles
* Three year renewal of Qantas contract
* Transfer of trading to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
* Appointment of Gijs de Reuver as a non-executive director
* Significant operational improvements have been achieved in both the Products and
Services divisions and further improvements are
anticipated in the second half

Well still moving higher.Maybe a good time to buy a few more of these.

Well this one has been sneaking up off it's lows. My feeling is that it is undervalued at these prices and the recent drop in oil which has boosted the airline sector may be the catalyst needed to drive this one higher.
