Yes, wonder how "active" Crystal Amber are going to be here, looking at their website they have quite a few stakes in various 'recovery' stocks (Restaurant Group plc etc), so not sure if this is their main focus or not ...

Yep all well nice to see as stated so many paying adverts, would dearly like to know how much a page is worth to them and the latest abc's on circulation for September anyone know?

It's that time of the evening again, eh dazz? Smoking, drinking, general craziness on the jpr post?

Anyway, Rich Bernstein is beginning to reveal his plan for jpr. Take a look at these few words:

Also managed to get the last i at the station today; sold out at 1pm. Good paper today; I make it over 6 pages of ads. Hopefully the circulation is holding up after the 25% increase to 50p.

Don't they, I'm sure I can see things too , maybe not see things that normal people can see in tea leaves like buying loads of JPR and then more and then more yes more but that's tea for you, pass me the Herald dearest I've had my i on it.

Ok sorry about that.

Herald's Newsquest. A company that actually knows what it's doing (unlike jpr).

rabbrooks: I pride myself on not taking life too seriously... I am an existential accident in a chaotic eco-system in which investors delude themselves by looking at shapes in tea leaves or graphs and expect these shapes to have a serious meaning.

NETCURTAIN 6827 No point thinking you could be a serious investor in JPR if you could not find out yourself what JPR or the Herald is about .

In the recent results it states that JPR has net assets of £111.5 MLN.

This is equal to about 103p per share - I still think this is a buy.

Far too risky buying in now at 23p should have been buying in the 9 to 13p range like Paulypilot as now you would be sitting on good profit enjoying the ride .Buying in now is either going to generate 100% gains or 50% losses either way its not worth the risk IMO.

Not a holder here but have been watching the situation here for a while with interest. Just out of curiosity what do investors think the ultimate outcome will be here? And where do you think the share price will be in say 3 months? And how likely is it to go under? Any thoughts welcome as I usually play it ultra conservative and normally do not dabble in too risky situations ...

Stdyeddy: CA's past behaviour would suggest a lot further to go yet, however that would depend on how many they can get hold of. Thorntons at top of my head they had 18%?

Those 3 trades shown after hours were all buys too. Should open strongly tomorrow a.m. as RNS was released so near the close

CA now fourth biggest shareholder. Are they stopping here or going for 10%? Anyone got any thoughts based on CA's past behaviour? Dazz you worry me. Am labelling you now as a possible religious fanatic : )
