Completion of Acquisition

Further to the announcement made on 9 December 2016, JLIF, the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the A55 Llandegai to Holyhead road PPP project from John Laing Infrastructure Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of John Laing Group plc ("John Laing")).

The transaction represents JLIF's seventh acquisition of 2016 and brings JLIF's new investments for 2016 to a combined total of approximately GBP257.6 million.
