Potential Equity Placing
Looking to dilute activists' positions a tad perhaps?

lol, well you are definitely living up to the title, lots of intelligence in that post (for me I would be grateful if someone showed a simple way I could answer my own questions myself but hey ho). For future ref the header is available on the app just press "show the main header" from the boards menu. Then again perhaps you are better off asking

Whats this stupid corner. You get the mcap by looking at the header and reading it £52M, and you get the trades by pressing the trades button on the top of your screen!

Do you have any information regarding said trades?

Are the other matters going to have an effect over the next week or two?

Sorry that made perfect sense to me, over 23M shares traded on Friday and the share price was up over 7%. The political news all looked positive too, hence the reason for an interesting few weeks ahead - ie:

1)the national gas company is being broken up - opportunity??

2)Crackdown on corruption (Ukraine currently charging too high a tax rate - against earlier agreements) so therefore a tax change much more likely now

3) Domestic gas price to rise 4 fold in the Ukraine. Should increase JKX's assets

Feel free to explain yourself.

Very high volume here and a good move. Think we could be in for an interesting time over the next week or two. Also interesting news coming on the political front with a large EU loan and a promise of corruption crackdown and financial reforms. The Gas tax rate should be in that equation too.

Yes, here's an idea - study the annual report for 2014 and vote down the remuneration report and policy.

The situation in Ukraine may outside of their control but it is inappropriate to load up with nil cost and cheap options when the share price is trashed and investors may well be sitting on positions that have been crushed (possible by as much as 90% in recent years). What need is there to 'incentivise' well paid execs in this manner when any recovery will in the most part be beyond their control? The respective gift to existing shareholders comes in the form of further 'drip-drip' dilution.

A series of videos (mainly in English) of an interesting recent conference.

The video for 25-04-2015 (the sound level is very low from 5h 52min until 6h 02min)

Day 2 stream 1 = skip forward to 5 hours 56 minutes
Where the head of the Finance Ministry says

The high production tax rates were a mistake.
They will decide on a fix for rental rates before 01-07-2015.
But that fix will only be put into action starting 01-01-2016.

No mention of any earlier temporary solutions.

I think Proxima can do two things - We don't what the strategy is as there was no offer for the company -

They could quickly buy up stock to increase their stake signifcantly - That would be very good for current shareholders who have bought around these levels -

Or simply play a medium term game where they can let the share price drift and start to pick up stock slowly -

We don't know what their intentions are but this has been a 500p stock before - I don't think we'll get anywhere near close to that and I had a punt target of 40p -

Who knows where it will go from here -

Some strange trading going on by Proxima, can't say I understand it. They launch a bid for JKX which drives the share price up 200% and then they buy 12.5% of the shares at a premium. Go figure. Still you can understand why Hendersons took a quick profit

T + m. you think that Hendersons would buy on 2/3 over 21M shares and then sell them again on the 3/3, I don't think so.

I do - As I mentioned before -

Hendersons below 5% - Proxima have bought the stake at 38p
