25/9/2015 07:14 | Looks to be token. Good old Chinese AIM."In light of the Company's forthcoming financial need for the development of Company's new factory, the Company will review its final dividend in line with its capital need and its stated dividend policy."Bet that factory miraculously needs the cash around the time of the final dividend! | funkmasterp12
25/9/2015 07:09 | Dividend will be at 8% of share price and just for the six months of the year, very high. Sp will rocket now. | johndee
25/9/2015 07:09 | Nice divi. | johnyee 7
25/9/2015 07:08 | Great report. That will totally shut TW up and maybe court suits against him will shortly ensue. He is certainly with egg on his face this morning. | johndee
24/9/2015 22:57 | The company must be feeling confident about its future by expanding. I would be very surprised if it ditches a dividend payment to shareholders this time round if it is making a profit, albeit at a reduced level. Bearing in mind the low share price currently, the dividend yield would be likely to be quite generous relatively. That will get a re-rating and push up the share price. I bet the share price will at least double the current level soon. | kingston78
24/9/2015 21:00 | Don't you mean a significant millstone....? | tanners
24/9/2015 19:57 | Cash in the bank will cover it - from memory this is £33m Add in profits, currently £12 - 15m pa .......... It's very important they build a new factory to Cope with demand Look at current production levels (full capacity, so they have to outsource) Look at current production that is outsourced Think about production with more outlet shops, number increasing all the time Think about potential deals with overseas companies Think property the recent interest rate cut in China and demand for products Think about profit margins if they don't outsource 33% of production Think about the profit vs current mkt valuation .............. When you look at the above, you realise how much the company can significantly grow with a new factory that can cope with demand... not only turnover but net profit. Costs will significantly reduce, no requirements to outsource production, therefore increased bottomed line. Add in further production from an increase in property market demand due to interest rate cuts Add in alliances from overseas companies With current net profits generating 50% dividend Dividend payments in the future are likely to be over 100% against current share price with also share price growth on a multiple level As stated by the company... The new factory will be a significant milestone | dicko80
24/9/2015 16:00 | As I said, a lot of the cash will be gone when the land is fully purchased and then payment to build the factory comes from? | reallyrich
24/9/2015 15:53 | September 23, 2015 11:24 pm Aim’s Chinese disasters offer cautionary tale for chancellor Kate Burgess If the UK Chancellor wants a cautionary tale for his initiative to link London and Chinese stock markets, he should look to the Alternative Investment Market. This week two of the 45 China-based companies quoted on London’s junior market have either had their operations suspended or their shares. They are just the latest of a long string of Chinese disasters on Aim. JQW, which provides business-to-business web services to Chinese companies — and claims to be second only to Alibaba — has been fined and barred by the Chinese authorities from doing business for a month. Language on a site that JQW managed for a client was considered by the regulator as a pitch for a pyramid scheme, says an adviser. The company’s shares are a tenth of what they were when they floated on Aim at the end of 2013. Shares in Vmoto, the scooter company jointly listed in Australia, were suspended on Monday ahead of a profit warning on Wednesday. Its shares have fallen by a third in a year. Confidence in Aim has been dented by persistent evidence of the gaps between Chinese and western understanding of ownership, shareholder rights and appropriate board governance. The slowdown of the Chinese economy has only added to investor qualms...(more) | the stigologist
24/9/2015 14:31 | the land was bought at a discount from the local government hxxp://europe.chinad | dicko80
24/9/2015 14:15 | Currently not a holder but was looking at getting into this stock however things seem a big strange. What I would say about the cash situation is they have paid what i find is an amazingly high price for land for a factory. Normally industrial zones are low when compared to other places, and can also be rented long term, but they have committed to paying 216 million rmb just for the land without the factory. They have already paid 69 million deposit in February before the March cash trading statement so out of the march cash total of 315 million a further 168 million needs to be paid, plus the cost of factory. So the cash will be almost all gone. I wonder who they bought the land from? | reallyrich
