My experience tells me that a fundamental sound company will always recover to at least 50% of the fall in its share price over a period of time. In this case, there has been a fall from 80 p, so I am aiming for a long-term target of 40 p.

The dividend is set at 28% of profit, so as long as they make a profit the dividend will be paid.

It is difficult for the directors to go against their previously stated dividend policy unless there are valid reasons. Although the last reported 3 months' results were not as good, with declining profit margins, the company is still making a profit and has plenty of cash in the bank, unlike many other companies on AIM.

Even with a reduced dividend I believe that it will still produce a fantastic yield on your investment. I will stick around for the share price to rise to 40 p.

Half year results next week. They paid an interim dividend of 1.5p last year. So if they maintain that next week then the yield is 25% only using 1.5p.Interesting week for JSI. Could really multi bag
