30/6/2011 13:23 | Still no money from Halifax, they say that the offer was only made compulsory on 18/06/11. Strange when everyone else received their money weeks ago. I guess the message is: DO YOU USE HALIFAX AS YOUR BROKER | damosan
23/6/2011 08:27 | Don't believe that Damosan. Everyone esle got paid out ages ago. | evaluate
15/6/2011 13:08 | Halifax still not paid up 15/06/11, very poor service. They have not received any funds from the registrar apparently. | damosan
05/6/2011 20:39 | My account has also been credited. A net 6.87% risk free return within 2 months or a 41.24% return annualised. This was a nice one. :O) | liarspoker
01/6/2011 17:46 | 77.25p for me Evaluate. Thanks for the info fillipe. | liarspoker
01/6/2011 12:46 | Barcs wrote that they expected to receive the cash proceeds by Jun 2 and they aim to release the cash proceeds within 5 business days of receiving the cash. f | fillipe
31/5/2011 10:47 | Has anyone been paid out on this as I thought iot would be paid today 2nd june | kappa3
21/5/2011 14:16 | Ditto Liarspoker. Still I did manage to pick up an additional 5,000 for 77p two weeks after they announced the 83p offer. Should really have gone a bit larger. | evaluate
20/5/2011 20:55 | Money due soon according to my broker. If the Euro keeps sliding against the GBP I'll end up with a forex gain too. This has been one nice trade however as usual I should have bought more shares !! | liarspoker
10/5/2011 09:13 | The 83p docs are here and it's time to move on....anything else is just a futile waste of time. f | fillipe
06/5/2011 13:13 | Just received the offer and, as indicated, it is for 83 pence cash. I am somewhat disappointed by the way us PIs have been treated in this but will probably accept and move on. I would be interested to know what others intend doing other than "calling the SFO" | renaissance
20/4/2011 10:33 | Calling the SFO ! | chrismez
16/4/2011 00:06 | Precisely Cool and 25b. No surprise they got 97% cos once they'd got more than the required 75% - who was gonna waste their time by voting against? I just wonder how much the insti's knew about this before it was announced. As ever its the little PI's like us that have to take it up the rear end. This experience I have to say is gonna make me think long and hard before I ever invest in any Chinese company ever again. Think from now on I'll stick to Western companies doing well in China, but not Chinese companies. Simply can't be trusted. | chrismez

05/4/2011 13:17 | IG will pay the tender price, theyve done that with every other one like this before! | pomp circumstance
05/4/2011 13:05 | @kappa3 - announcement says the offer has to be made in 30 days of delisting but when it'll be paid is anyone's guess. However, I think they'd want to settle sooner rather than later in order to take ownership ahead of whatever they plan to do next. | warpedone
02/4/2011 22:36 | it's been stated thar the offer of 83p is only available after delisting and as such the board can decide when it pays out ----i.e in ayear or two is that the case? | kappa3 |
