Jaywing plc (AIM: JWNG), announces that options to subscribe for 350,513 ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each in the Company have today been exercised by certain employees. These options were previously granted to employees under the Company's Performance Share Plan.

Chris Hancock, MD Contact, Ben O'Brien, MD Data Science, Brian Taylor, MD Digital Marketing, and Tom Salmon, MD Epiphany, who are each considered to be persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), have exercised options over 17,828 ordinary shares, 37,000 ordinary shares, 61,000 ordinary shares, and 52,070 ordinary shares respectively.

The remaining options over 182,615 ordinary shares have been exercised by other members of staff.

Pursuant to the exercise of the options, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 350,513 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 9 December 2016.

Following Admission, the Company will have 86,709,898 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
