09/4/2010 11:46 | Srpactive .. it is reported we'll raise £2m from PFI this would not be enuff to pay administrators left along secured credits hmrc. Srpactive why dont you call Deloitte and ask them directly that sharesholders are willing to pump in more money. as the more PIs call the more they have to listen or put the phone down. no harm in calling them | stepin1
09/4/2010 10:33 | Well if we raise money from sale of some pfi to barc then pay the revenue, then we could continue in a smaller way. Pwhite Muck all pls contribute When do the jrvs workforce and the unions start their protest? dyor regards active | srpactive
09/4/2010 09:49 | when i spoke to a staff member in jarvis. i was told that BAM gave Jarvis £4m upfront.. and they were into wk3 if you re read the RNS Feb. it didnt state all the evergreen award would start after April 2010.. most staff i have spoken to have said the worst was behind them yes they were on credit stop with suppliers but this was nothing new. and every one the rail side was very busy working... Deloitte told me that burdale would not extend its facility . which is not the same as wanting the money back.... so it looks like HMRC did trigger off events this is even more confusing now.. but if you google HMRC and company administration .. it becomes clear there are many viable businesses that have been put into liquidation administration because HMRC have been very strict in demanding tax back.. 07/4/2010 23:16 | PWhite73 can you give me some suggestions how we could kick start off.. especially when the labour pool we had is slowly being eroded. ~? | stepin1
07/4/2010 22:58 | Srpactive, what have I said to you earlier...all contracts with network rail and null and void... Have you been reading the press...Network Rail have shafted us...Deloitte had a financial plan ... which didn't need any upfront money all they said was current contracts would be honoured pay on time.. They knew that once in administration network had the option to strip us on all work...there was news reports with regarding a £19m funding gap...but there was no mention that Deloitte wanted that money or for them to underwrite chiltern.....yes the banks were edgy with forward looking works and chiltern... obvious when deloittes reported back to burdale.. burdale could not be persuaded to go on our side...but at the same time Deloittes knew that they could have restructured the debt hence the 4 week breathing space... to me the 4 weeks was to prove to Network Rail that Jarvis had working capital... in place.... Remember administration means a hold to all creditor payment. Which intern would have allowed receivables in to pay staff and we could have traded as a going concern up till we had restructured our debt a simple chit chat with unsecured creditors. But no....Network Rail chose the tuff chance.. And blamed it all on us being a bad company...I've been trying to work my head around how would we kick start business.. But don't believe we can.. | stepin1
07/4/2010 21:44 | any chance of the government taking on jrvs contracts and workers leaving jrvs with jas if the banks can be arranged, especially as if jrvs do not have the railside, they will not need the big funding from the banks. dyor regards active | srpactive

07/4/2010 15:52 | i am suprised that the house broker KBC, brewlin and other institutions have stayed quite so far... also if i recall right many of the the business reporters mentioned in 2008 the stumbling block to any bid was the price as most involved .. remember D/E swaps had paid more than 80p per share.. finally we all know Gartmore had been selling this had been the stance for well over 1 yr and events leading up to the suspension volumes were ever so light so a drift from 15p to 9p was nothing out of the blue for long term holders.. yes i believe we were stichted up not only by NWR but also by miss poor management that did have the eye off the ball | stepin1
07/4/2010 15:36 | the jas had turnover of £50m and was recently benchmarked so the profitable business in the coming yrs is going to be far more profitable, Surely this is a valuable asset? Just seething at the moment. | srpactive |
