NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company notifies that, on 1 September 2017, Charles Rozes, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company ("PDMR"), received the second tranche of a conditional share award over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") which was made on 21 September 2015 pursuant to an arrangement to which Listing Rule 9.4.2 applied. Charles Rozes sold a number of the vested Shares at the price shown below to cover the tax and national insurance due and retained the balance of the Shares. The award was satisfied using existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.
