Plus about £25m in valuable freehold sites and assets if all revalued at current prices even thogh values now well off the peak. Nearly all the depots are freehold and the huge warehouses at the docks in Tilbury will be worth far more than the £6m I think they paid out five years ago prior to vacating Clapton.

Excellent figures and of course the usual caution going forward which will probably hold things back whilst the company continue doing those buybacks. I am a long termer so happy to see the NAV just continue upward alongside the divi which is well covered and will be close to 5% this year.

Did you guys see the take out rating for Gibbs and Dandy ? If that was applied to LTHM and full allowance for our assets then the fair value would be north of £4 here. I am not suggesting that is likely though just comforting..

Freddy....you must be joking !!

The company never gets excited about the future EVER !!

To make this sort of statement about current trading six weeks BEFORE the year end says it all for me....and for a Latham director to be able to use the word EXCEPTIONAL must have needed Royal consent so I am very pleased.

Business as usual...
