Notification of Transactions of Directors
The Company announces that it was notified that on 8 September 2016 M.A.J. Cropper, a Director of the Company, purchased 3,150 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from members of the Cropper family at a price of 985.0p per Share.
The 3,150 Shares, bought by M.A.J. Cropper, are being transferred to the Anthony Charles Cropper Settlement, in which he has a beneficial interest.
The members of the Cropper family and M.A.J. Cropper are deemed to be acting in concert and regarded by the Takeover Panel to be members of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").
As a result, M.A.J. Cropper's interest in the Company is as follows:
