Must have been approached some time ago and given reassurance’s that Linde wasn’t going to abandon ITM.

Will he buy more shares or will Linde want to up their stake.

I’m sure he will want to bring in his own team to sort out any problems there.

RWE aims to use the trial facility to test two electrolyser technologies under industrial conditions: Dresden manufacturer Sunfire will install a pressure-alkaline electrolyser with a capacity of 10 MW for RWE. In parallel, Linde, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, will set up a 4 MW proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyser. RWE will own and operate the entire site in Lingen. "

Wooster4 is right . The verbal diarhea clouds over what is going on. Vlad must be ignored .

Given DS established links to ITM , i guess he was not brought in sooner to avoid his association with Cooley's mess, hence I suspect the big internal hurdles are behind our new CEO. He comes with MBA in management and finance on top of an M eng and a lifetime at Linde.. Cream de la Creme shows Linde faith and total committment to new Green Hydrogen Division. The future looking bright. We will get to new heights since the world cannot stagger like a drunk ignoring the urgent need to at least try and arrest an oncoming mass extinction

On a positive slant. Imo Shultz linde connection and placement is great news and confirmation for itm it should have been a positive day, it did turn positive by EOD on tradegate, so probably the markets liked it used every effort to get some cheaper shares and hold it back, and next week and up to the update perhaps we see some confidence return maybe an institution add, or some other market policy give us some steady movement in the right direction. Until the update all the dirty linen has been laundered.

None taken. It's a passionate situation when everyone searches for an answer and now a clear direction in their own way. One thing I have learnt or knew but should have heeded when one of the big insider rats jumps ship via the slimy old boys network, this should be heeded and followed when they off loaded some... LB. That was the biggest tell tale of heads up any of us could have had . Who it was who feels loyalty enough to pass on grim details early I don't know. I'm assuming brokers but then if Vlad is correct and one of the big boys has been loaning for short (I don't profess to know how it works) based on dire information divulged (maybe)... Would this be looked into..? doubt it (all snouts in the same turgid trough) would it be deemed ilegal... (Maybe but Doubt it would ever be acted upon) pi's have always played up a sloping pitch to goal where as brokers insider's bods et Al play Down the slope using whatever advantage to win the game. I know people who have completely got out of shares based on the inequality of information given and the timings for different levels of society.
